Traffic is flowing again on the Kootenay Pass following a series of rock and mudslides.
The road has been reopened to single lane traffic.
The slides occurred Saturday afternoon. The highway didn’t reopen until about 10 a.m. today.
As a result, there have been two-hour delays on the Kootenay Lake ferry.
Meanwhile, another mudslide 12 km north of the Coffee Creek bridge on Highway 31 on Saturday has reduced that route to single-lane traffic as well.
