A recent drug bust at the Kingsgate border crossing netted 15 kilograms of suspected cocaine.
Supt. Brad Brodusco says border services officers discovered numerous bricks of a white, powdered substance while examining a commercial vehicle entering Canada from the US.
The driver was arrested and turned over to RCMP along with the drugs.
Border services won’t reveal where he was from, where he was headed, or what cargo he was carrying.
