Creston Valley residents will get a taste next month of the kind of mobile juicer a local group wants to buy.
Okanagan mobile juicing is bringing their machine to town Oct. 3, 4, and 5 to work with local producers.
Regional district director Tanya Wall says Fields Forward and Harvest Share will also use it.
Fields Forward wants to run the juicer as a social enterprise and decrease the amount of wasted fruit.
