A housing project in Creston will be built on the site of the former Endicott Centre.
BCÂ Housing announced $1.5 million last week for the Kootenay Regional Association for Community Living.
Treasurer Eric Kutzner says the nine units will take the place of a building that’s long been vacant.
The units are for people with developmental delays.
Kutzner says they’re hoping to get started next summer.
