The Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance is accepting applications for its arts and culture grants program.
Administrator Lily Andersen says this year the program will focus specifically on the arts.
In past years the program included heritage initiatives but that portion is now being handled solely by the Columbia Basin Trust.
The alliance will dish out $750,000 for this intake.

There are seven programs to draw funds from so those interested in applying are advised to do their homework before submiting a proposal.
Applications are due March 2nd or 16th depending which program you apply for.
