Creston NewsNews Kootenay residents can have their say about ferry changes SHARE ON: Jensen Shields, staff Tuesday, Feb. 6th, 2018 MV Balfour on Kootenay Lake The Ministry of Transportation has announced more public consultation on changes to the Kootenay Lake ferry service. At the end of the month there will be open houses in Balfour, Nelson and Crawford Bay. At the end of February the MV Osprey will be carrying half it’s capacity and the MV Balfour will be sailing solo in March.
