The Kootenay Lake School District staff line-up is changing.
Principal Ken Wiens from Adam Roberts Elementary will be moving to Erickson Elementary and Joanne Beddoes-Wilson is moving from Hume Elementary in Nelson to take over his position, Daryl Adams will be the vice-principal at Adam Roberts.
Supertintendent Christine Perkins says there’s a variety of reasons to change up the staff.
She adds it’s good to shake things up and give everybody new opportunities.
Sacha Kalabis will be taking over as principal for Wildflower Creston and Nelson. Rob Simpson will take over district-wide responsibility for DESK, Homelinks and MyEd.
