The 77th annual Creston Valley Blossom Festival will kick off with a ‘Kinda Kenny’ concert.
The Kenny Rogers Tribute band will hit the stage at Prince Charles Theatre on May 18th. Organizer Hugh Johnstone says the opening concert has been going on for years.
Other events of the weekend include a free concert on Saturday in Millenium park featuring local performers, a root beer drinking contest for kids and the parade.
The festival goes from Friday May 17th to the 21st.
