Stage One water conservation measures start in Creson on Friday. They’re mandatory restrictions of outdoor water use, regardless of weather patterns. That means watering is only permitted between 7:00PM and 10:00AM until the end of September. Drip irrigation, a watering can, or hand held hose can still be used at any time.
