The official inauguration of the new council and mayor for the Town of Creston will be held on November 6th.
Last year the inauguration was held in conjunction with the Lower Kootenay Band, however it won’t be possible this year as elections for the band are happening mid-November.
The details as to where the event will take place still need to be determined.
Citizens, friends and family are invited to cerebrate the hard work and achievement each member has made to reach this honor.
