A car crash just outside Creston caused yesterday’s massive power outage.
Creston Fire and Rescue Captain Eric Graham says it didn’t knock the pole completely to the ground.
The pair were transported to hospital in Creston.
The crash knocked out power to over 4, 000 Fortis BC customers throughout the Creston Valley.
Some areas were without service for close to 10Â hours.
