A man has been charged in connection with a firearms incident in Wynndel last week.
The 52-year old was arrested August 2nd following complaints that he was allegedly crouched on the side of Highway 3-A aiming a rifle at a passing vehicle.
RCMPÂ Staff Sergeant Darryl Hammond says he is charged with pointing a firearm and several related crimes.
The man was held overnight and appeared before a justice of peace.
He was released on bail with conditions and is expected back in court at an unknown date.
