A big event in the works for Creston Valley youth to help engage them in the arts.
Thanks to funding from the BC Touring Council.
The Creston Concert Society is bringing in Speed Control next February.
Secretary Marg Preston says it’s a group of rock musicians who are also educators.

The weekend will include a workshop and performance.
The society received just over $3, 000 for the event.
