Two popular loan guarantee programs for BC ranchers have been given a boost.
The province has increased the maximum guarantee limits from $9.75 million to $15-million.
BC Breeder and Feeder Association President Ken Fawcett says this will allow additional cattle purchases and benefit the entire industry.
Fawcett says they’ve been waiting over three years for the expansion.
