A man accused of setting a Creston police cruiser on fire in September has been found not criminally responsible.
Richard John Eimer of Cranbrook was charged with one count of arson.
But following a psychiatric exam he was found to have a mental disorder.
The vehicle, which was torched behind the detachment, suffered damage to the rear and trunk lid.
