Creston has picked a community leader to help promote Canada 150 celebrations.
Town councillor Joanna Wilson will take on the role.
She wants to involve everyone including seniors, students, and First Nations.
Wilson says her job is to promote events taking place in Creston to mark Canada’s birthday.
That includes the Full Plate initiative.
